Despite the Wyoming legislature passing bills that establish unnecessary, even punitive barriers to care, abortion remains legal in Wyoming.   Just the Pill continues to provide telemedicine abortion in Wyoming where you will have an online appointment with the doctor. An ultrasound is currently required to receive abortion pills via Just The Pill. Procedural (aka “surgical”) abortions are not available in WY as of 3/6/25.
