All-Options and Chelsea's Fund Announce Partnership to Expand Judgment-Free Pregnancy and Parenting Support Across Wyoming
New collaboration connects Wyoming residents to the All-Options Talkline and trusted local pregnancy and parenting resources
Laramie, WY- July 1, 2026- Starting today, the All-Options National Talkline and Wyoming’s Chelsea's Fund will embark on a partnership to offer unconditional, judgment-free support to Wyoming residents who are navigating pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption–across all four corners of the rural state.
The collaboration brings together two organizations united by a shared commitment to reproductive justice and individual dignity. Chelsea's Fund- established in 1998, to protect reproductive freedom for Wyoming residents- will work with All-Options to amplify awareness of the toll-free All-Options Talkline (1-888-493-0092) throughout the state.
Connecting Wyoming Residents to Free, Confidential Support
The All-Options Talkline offers free, peer-based support for anyone with feelings or questions about pregnancy, abortion, adoption, parenting, infertility, or pregnancy loss- at any point in their journey. Available to callers across the United States and Canada at 1-888-493-0092, the Talkline is staffed by trained volunteer peer counselors and welcomes people of all ages, genders, races, sexualities, backgrounds, and circumstances. Support is available in English and Spanish.
“All-Options understands that pregnancy experiences and decisions are often very personal and complex,” said Janean Forsyth, Executive Director of Chelsea’s Fund. “The Talkline is a place where all decisions, experiences, and emotions are welcomed- without judgment. Partnering with All-Options means more Wyoming residents will have access to this kind of support and resource. In a time when healthcare providers are leaving our state, access to accurate information and support is even more vital." All-Options can also connect callers with the Faith Aloud Spiritual Care Line for those seeking judgement-free spiritual support from clergy or faith leaders.
"I called feeling like I had no options, but quickly realized that I did. I had been carrying guilt about my decision due to pressure from my husband and mother. During the call, I was able to have a good cry and express what I needed. I felt truly listened to and understood. It was exactly what I needed," said one Talkline caller.
What the Partnership Will Do
Through this collaboration, All-Options and Chelsea’s Fund will work together to make sure Wyoming residents know that the Talkline is available to them. All-Options’ volunteer Talkline Advocates will have access to a comprehensive database of local organizations and providers they can reference when supporting Wyoming callers.
To kick off the effort, the two organizations will provide a virtual training to introduce the Talkline and All-Options’ approach to options counseling and emotional support for all reproductive experiences to Wyoming healthcare providers, advocates, and community partners later this year.
"At All-Options, we believe that everyone deserves unconditional, judgment-free support in making decisions about pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption.," said Taja Lindley, Executive Director at All-Options. "We're proud to work with Chelsea's Fund to make sure Wyoming residents know the Talkline is here for them."
Both organizations are committed to serving all people with dignity and respect, including Black, Indigenous, and people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants, young people, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes.
