Established in 1998, Chelsea’s Fund supports bodily autonomy, abortion access, individual dignity and reproductive freedom for Wyoming residents through abortion information, funding and advocacy.
Chelsea’s Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to ensure Wyoming people have the resources to make and implement the personal decision whether to terminate a pregnancy. Wyoming residents face multiple barriers to exercising the fundamental freedom of this bodily autonomy, including politicians’ efforts to ban and criminalize access, lack of information, limited financial resources, and long distances to travel for some services. Chelsea’s Fund provides financial assistance to afford an abortion, information about accessing abortion care and advocacy to keep abortion services legal in Wyoming.
Our mission is to protect and promote the fundamental dignity, equality and freedom of individuals in Wyoming and the surrounding region to make decisions about their bodies and futures by ensuring access to safe, compassionate and comprehensive abortion and contraceptive care through financial support, education and advocacy.
