About Chelsea’s Fund

Established in 1998, Chelsea’s Fund supports bodily autonomy, abortion access, individual dignity, and reproductive freedom for Wyoming residents through abortion information, funding, and advocacy.

Chelsea’s Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to ensure Wyoming people have the resources to make and implement the personal decision whether to terminate a pregnancy. Wyoming residents face multiple barriers to exercising the fundamental freedom of this bodily autonomy, including politicians’ efforts to ban and criminalize access, lack of information, limited financial resources, and long distances to travel for some services. Chelsea’s Fund provides financial assistance to afford an abortion, information about accessing abortion care, and advocacy to keep abortion services legal in Wyoming.

Our Mission

Our mission is to protect the fundamental dignity, equality, and reproductive freedom of individuals in Wyoming and the surrounding region. We work to ensure access to safe, compassionate, and comprehensive abortion + contraceptive care—and we won’t stop until every woman has the ability to make decisions about her body and her future. We drive our mission through providing financial support, education, and advocacy.
